"Does it surprise you?" Solheim Cup legend blasts Golf Channel broadcast
Eight-time LPGA Tour winner hits out at Golf Channel broadcast of the 2023 Solheim Cup.
LPGA Tour star Brittany Lincicome has hit out at the Golf Channel broadcast of the Solheim Cup after responding to a tweet from PGA Tour Live host Lisa Cornwell during the final day singles of the 2023 Solheim Cup in Spain.
Cornwell, host of PGA Tour Live and ESPN+, vented into her keypad that having just two on-course reporters on site at Finca Cortesin was "the biggest whiff of them all."
She also tweeted how there has been "limited graphics and a lack of cameras" during the 2023 Solheim Cup.
Eight-time LPGA Tour winner Lincicome, who has played in six US Solheim Cup sides, responded: "Does it surprise you?"
Lincicome was on victorious US Solheim Cup teams in 2007, 2009, 2015 and 2017.
Cornwell replied: "Nope. Just like them taking away the booth on-site at LPGA events starting next week. It's getting worse instead of better."

One golf fan then tweeted Cornwell to say: "I bet the coverage of the Ryder Cup will have double that".
Cornwell responded: "Guaranteed."
Guaranteed.

Another golf fan tweeted: "I woke up early today to catch the matches and generally try not to hop on the "rip that broadcast" movement. But wow, I had the matches on for 10+ minutes before I even saw where all of the other matches stood. This is a pretty poor attempt."
