WATCH: Jordan Spieth has a mare on his second hole of US Open!

Jordan Spieth got off to the worst possible start at the US Open with a three-putt bogey at his first hole followed by a disastrous triple bogey at the next. 

Spieth, playing alongside Phil Mickelson and Rory McIlroy, missed a three-foot putt for par at the 10th hole - his first of the day - and then found the greenside bunker with his tee shot at the par-3 11th.

From there, Spieth splashed his ball out over the back of the green, before taking two more shots to find the putting surface en route to a triple-bogey six...

 

When you see a bus about to pull off and you know you can make it before it drives off. Then it does, so you just act like you were never going after it anyway...
