Srixon launches new Q-Star Tour and Q-Star Tour Divide golf balls
Srixon has announced the launch of the fifth generation of the Q-Star Tour golf ball and three highly visible Q-Star Tour Divide colourways.
Here's everything you need to know about Srixon's new Q-Star Tour and Q-Star Tour Divide Golf Balls.
From tech to price, we've broken down all the key information about Srixon's new Q Star Tour and Tour Divide Golf Balls.
What's new?
The Q-Star Tour is Srixon's softest Tour-level ball to date, thanks to a reformulated FastLayer Core, softer Urethan Cover and Spin Skin technology.
The new FastLayer Core has been reformulated with a slightly higher compression rating than its predecessor in order to promote better ball speed off the tee while also reducing long-game side spin.
Around the greens, the ball provides spin and control thanks to its ultra-thin, premium urethane cover that's now even softer than the previous generation.
A specialised spin skin that is available on the Q-Star Tour but not the Q-Star Tour Divide increases friction on every strike by digging deep into the grooves on the club face, maximising spin for more control and stopping power on approach shots.
To help maximise distance, a 338 dimple pattern increases lift and reduces drag for a more penetrating ball flight - even in the toughest conditions.
Who should use the Srixon Q-Star Tour and Tour Divide?
The Q-Star Tour and Tour Divide are designed to give moderate swing speed players more distance and control.
