Viktor Hovland WITB: What equipment does the PGA Tour star use?
Viktor Hovland WITB: Take a look at the equipment the European Ryder Cup star uses on the PGA Tour and DP World Tour.
European Ryder Cup star Viktor Hovland uses a blend of equipment in his golf bag.
The Norwegian, 27, predominantly uses Ping clubs as he has a multi-year deal with the manufacturer.
But the PGA Tour star does have some other brands in his bag.
Let's take a look...
Viktor Hovland WITB (*March 2025)
At the top of Hovland's bag is the Ping G425 LST. The chief isn't the brand's most up to date driver, but he has been using it since 2023.
Hovland has been using the TaylorMade Qi10 3-wood but GolfWRX reported he recently switched to a TaylorMade Sim Ti.
The TaylorMade SIM Ti was in play when Hovland captured his most recent PGA Tour victory at the Valspar Championship.
For irons, Hovland favours the Ping i210 (4-PW) whilst he also has fairway-finding Titleist U505 (3).
Hovland decided to put new wedges into his bag for the 2024 season and he currently uses two Ping s159 wedges (50, 56) and a Ping Glide 2.0 (60).
In the early part of the 2025 campaign, Hovland was spotted tinkering with his putter.
But it appears that he has decided to keep old faithful: the Ping PLD DS 72 prototype.
