U.S Open 2019: Tiger Woods - What's in the bag?
Take a peak inside Tiger's back for this week's U.S Open.
Some thought he never would be, but Tiger Woods is well and truly back. In what was one of the greatest sporting comebacks in history, Tiger Woods claimed his 15th career major when he won the first major of 2019, the Masters. This week the U.S Open returns to Pebble Beach where Tiger will look to make it number 16, but what clubs will he use to do so?
In 2000, Tiger Woods set a major championship record, winning the U.S Open at Pebble Beach by 15 shots. He was the only player in the field to shoot under par, with a final score of 12 under, the closest competitors were Ernie Els and Miguel Angel Jimenez who both finished three over par.
This week, Tiger will return to Pebble Beach in the hunt for major number 16, as he looks to break Jack Nicklaus' record of 18 career majors. Tiger will face tough competition from the likes of Brooks Koepka, Dustin Johnson and Rory McIlroy, who will be full of confidence after winning the RBC Canadian Open last week.
Tiger's love for Pebble Beach makes him one of the favourites this week, but what clubs will Tiger be using in his quest for another major?
