Tony Finau WITB: September 2024
Take a look inside the bag of PGA Tour star Tony Finau.
Tony Finau is one of the longest hitters on the PGA Tour and has cemented himself as one of America's best golfers in the last five years.
Finau, 35, first turned pro at only 17 years old and began his professional journey playing on a number of mini-tours.
His big break came in 2016 when he won the Puerto Rico Open, beating Steve Marino in a sudden death playoff.
Following his maiden Tour victory, Finau was a nearly man for five years, racking up over 30 top-ten finishes without sealing a second victory.
In 2021, though, that all changed and Finau notched win number two at The Northern Trust.
The tall American then went on to secure back-to-back two-win seasons, with his latest victory coming at the 2023 Mexico Open.
Finau has also registered 11 top-ten finishes in majors, with his best results coming at the 2019 Open Championship and 2024 US Open, where he finished 3rd on both occasions.
A PING brand ambassador, Finau uses almost a full bag of the brand's clubs, with the only exception being his trusty Nike Vapor Fly 3-iron and a Callaway Paradym Ai Smoke Triple Diamond 3-wood.
