Ben Hogan launches European golf website

Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company (BHGEC) has unveiled www.benhogangolf.eu for golfers in the UK and Europe. 

The new site allows serious golfers to purchase directly from the company at prices far less than competitive products sold through traditional retail channels. This is achieved by minimizing operational costs and eliminating retail mark-up altogether.

With many retail golf shops restricted due to current social distancing measures, benhogangolf.eu offers easy online shopping from the comfort of home; custom-crafted clubs are typically delivered within two to three weeks. 

The new website features all of Ben Hogan Golf’s leading forged club models, including the new ICON irons, UiHi Utility Club and VKTR+ Hybrids, as well as the PTx PRO irons, GS53 driver and fairway woods, Precision Milled putters, Equalizer wedges, golf bags and accessories, and more.

All prices are displayed in UK£ and are inclusive of VAT, and a local logistics operation reduces both the time and price for orders to be fulfilled. The site is supported by a dedicated, local customer service team available from 9am-5pm (GMT) via europe@benhogangolf.com or by phoning 0800 1700186 (calls are free within UK).

While all Ben Hogan Golf products are still assembled to order in the Company’s Fort Worth, Texas (US) facility, the same site where nine-time major champion Ben Hogan founded the Company in 1953, a local UK warehouse and operations facility has been established to minimize shipping costs and expedite orders for customers.

Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company has also created a Demo Program specific for the European market, allowing customers the opportunity to test Ben Hogan clubs for a one-time shipping fee of £25 (UK) or £35 (within the EU), with no obligation to purchase.

This program, which is similar to the Company’s Club Fitter and Builder Program in the U.S., allows accredited club fitters and custom-club builders to buy Ben Hogan-branded club heads directly from the Company for use in their custom club building businesses.
