Jordan Spieth's errant tee shot could not have landed in a worse spot!
Jordan Spieth's ball landed in a horrible spot at the PGA Championship Saturday.
Jordan Spieth's tee shot during the third round of the PGA Championship Saturday could not have landed in a worse spot.
Spieth, 29, was one of the first players out for Saturday's round after completing 36 holes at 5-over par.
The three-time major champion is looking to finally complete the career Grand Slam this week at Oak Hill Country Club with a win on Sunday.
He'll have to make up a lot of ground over the next 36 holes to give himself a chance at the milestone that only five players in men's professional golf have achieved.
But things did not appear to be headed that way for Spieth.
On his opening tee shot at the par-4 1st, the American hit it way left.
And as it turned out, he hit it so far left that his ball landed in the toilets.

Spieth then took a drop, but things didn't get any better.
His second shot hit a tree and landed 154 yards further, still in the left rough.
Good morning, Spieth fans!
Hits into porta potties on 1, then hits tree with second shot – "Don't hit that tree! ... holy s---, Jordan!" pic.twitter.com/fZ5AJRF8WQ— Brentley Romine (@BrentleyGC) May 20, 2023
He ended up making a bogey-5 to start his round 1-over par.
And he continued to struggle through the front nine, making two more bogeys and one birdie. He was 2-over par on his round at the turn.
That roller coaster continued on the back nine, with a birdie on the 10th followed by a double-bogey 5 on the 11th.
Spieth made birdies at 13 and 14 to end up carding a respectable 1-over 71.
That leaves him well down the field though at 6-over par.
