U.S. Ryder Cup standings: Who is going to Bethpage Black?
Ryder Cup standings: Check out which U.S. golfers are in line to book their spots onto Keegan Bradley's team that will head to Bethpage Black in New York.
Automatic qualifying for the 2025 U.S. Ryder Cup team will conclude this August at a TBC PGA Tour event.
The top six players in the standings at this point will be heading to Bethpage Black in New York with skipper Keegan Bradley.
Bradley will also have six captain's picks to choose from and he has already promised to make sure they have the strongest side possible.
In other words, he has precisely zero plans to snub LIV Golf players such as Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka should they require picks.
Bradley might also make some bold choices elsewhere given he made it clear he felt he was excluded from the 2023 team as he wasn't part of the 'boys' club'.
That means Jordan Spieth and Justin Thomas might have to play their way onto his team.
At this stage of the season, Bradley has not seen the automatic locks for his team produce their best stuff.

Scottie Scheffler and Xander Schauffele were forced to miss the first few weeks of the 2025 campaign with injuries.
Scheffler stabbed his hand on the stem of a wine glass over Christmas and only returned in February.
He is yet to win on the PGA Tour in 2025.
But Scheffler looked as though he was getting back into the swing of things when he finished runner-up to Min Woo Lee at the Texas Children's Houston Open.
And he also played well at the 2025 Masters.
Scheffler did not truly contend for the green jacket but added still finished in the top five.
Like Scheffler, Schauffele was never in contention at the first men's major of the year but also finished in the top-10.
Bradley will be pleased DeChambeau has continued his good form in the majors, producing his best ever Masters finish.
But he will be concerned that the aforementioned Koepka missed the cut. Dustin Johnson also had a nightmare at Augusta.
McIlroy's victory at The Masters meant that of the 16 events played so far on the PGA Tour schedule, seven have been won by Europeans.
Harris English, Russell Henley, Brian Campbell and Brian Harman are the only American golfers to have won on the PGA Tour this year.

How the U.S. Ryder Cup team is selected
The top six players in the U.S. Ryder Cup points standings automatically qualify.
The points system rewards players for their performances in major championships and PGA Tour events.
More points are awarded for majors, hence why Xander Schauffele has already amassed a significant amount.
The qualifying period spans a two-year cycle, starting after the previous Ryder Cup and concluding a month before the next.
Captain's picks
Bradley will have six captain's picks but this has not always been the case.
Before the 2008 Cup at Valhalla, the U.S. captain was given two picks by the PGA of America.
The number was increased to four by then-captain Paul Azinger.
It was a strategy that ultimately proving successful, as the red, white and blue ran out 16 1⁄2 – 11 1⁄2 winners.
Tom Watson decided to have three captain's picks in 2014 and Jim Furyk chose four in 2018.
Steve Stricker and Zach Johnson opted for six in 2021 and 2023 respectively.
