Black Desert Championship prize money: How much they all won
Black Desert Championship prize money: Check out how much Matt McCarty earned as he won his very first PGA Tour event in Utah.
Matt McCarty claimed his maiden PGA Tour win at the Black Desert Championship in Utah in just his third start on the circuit.
McCarty started the year playing on the Korn Ferry Tour but now he is headed to The Masters next April after his exploits at Black Desert Resort.
He's now fully exempt on the PGA Tour through to 2026 and also earned spots at The Sentry and PGA Championship.
McCarty now joins Jason Gore in becoming the second player since 2005 to win three times on the Korn Ferry Tour and once on the PGA Tour in a single season.
Incredibly, McCarty has won four times now in just 10 starts as a Tour pro.
The 26-year-old carded a final round of 4-under 67 to post 23-under par and win by three strokes from Stephan Jaeger.
Lucas Glover, Kevin Streelman, Matti Schmid and Harris English also finished inside the top-10.
The Black Desert Championship had a total prize purse of $7.5m, meaning that he took home the first place cheque for $1,350,000.
