WATCH: 'Ian Poulter' tumbles (!) from barstool at LIV Golf Hong Kong
A spectator at LIV Golf Hong Kong attempted to grab a souvenir from Adrian Meronk but it all went horribly wrong for the well-lubricated (?) fan.
Golf fans are a mad lot, aren't they?
Just take a look at this chap who attempted to grab Adrian Meronk's golf ball during the second round of LIV Golf Hong Kong.
The 6ft 6ins Polish golfer had a terrific day, carding a second round of 8-under 64. He was still some way off the lead, though.
Meronk drained a lengthy putt at the 10th hole and it really got the crowd going.
It was one of seven holes he birdied and he decided to gift his golf ball to the crowd by throwing it into the gallery near a bar area.

What happened next seemed inevitable. What made this moment all the more hilarious was that the spectator didn't even emerge with the souvenir.
Instead, they just fell straight onto their backside. "Oh dear," commented Arlo White in the booth. "Man down," added David Feherty.
"Hope Ian Poulter is okay," one X user joked in an apparent reference to the gentleman's clothing choice.
"All he needs to do is throw up and abuse someone and then it will be Phoenix," another added.
