Joaquin Niemann closed with a flawless final-round 65 to see out a comfortable five-shot victory at LIV Golf Singapore at Sentosa Golf Club.

Niemann, 26, has now won two of the last three tournaments on the breakaway Saudi golf league.

The Chilean now becomes a four-time winner on LIV Golf, which is just one victory behind record holders Brooks Koepka and Dustin Johnson.

Niemann held a share of the lead on 11-under par heading into the final round alongside former World No.1 Johnson.

But Niemann drained five birdies on the first eight holes to pull clear, while Johnson stumbled out the gates with two bogeys on 6 and 7.

Koepka soon emerged from the chasing pack as Niemann's biggest challenger with six birdies on the front nine but the five-time major champion could not maintain his momentum on the back nine.

Niemann was afforded the luxury of coming home with just one birdie on the back nine at the 12th to see out a commanding five-shot margin of victory on 17-under par.

Koepka also closed with a 65 to finish solo second on 12-under par.

Ben Campbell (67) finished solo third on 11-under par, one shot clear of David Puig (66).

Johnson slumped to a disappointing 73 and he finished in a five-way tie for fifth on 9-under par alongside Sebastian Munoz (70), Louis Oosthuizen (67), Cameron Tringale (70) and pre-tournament favourite Jon Rahm (67).

Niemann has now won six times around the world in the last 15 months, and he is arguably now one of LIV Golf's best hopes to win The Masters from 10-13 April.

Incredibly, Niemann has never chalked up a top-10 in 22 major starts.

But given his current form heading to Augusta National right now, you would anticipate he has every chance of setting the record straight in 2025.

Elsewhere at LIV Golf Singapore, Sergio Garcia's Fireballs GC ran out a third straight victory in the team event.

Garcia's team finished 22-under par and three shots clear of Rahm's Legion XIII.

Johnson's 4Aces GC finished third.

Garcia's Fireballs are made up of himself, Puig, Abraham Ancer and new signing Luis Masaveu.

The Fireballs also won in Adelaide and Hong Kong.
