Full Biography

Justin Rose is an accomplished English professional golfer known for his success on both the PGA and DP World Tour.  

Born on 30 July, 1980, in Johannesburg, South Africa, he moved to England as a child. 

Rose burst onto the scene as a 17-year-old amateur, tying for fourth at the 1998 Open Championship. 

His career highlights include winning the 2013 U.S. Open, becoming the first Englishman in 43 years to claim the title, and securing an Olympic gold medal at the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Games.

Rose has also represented Europe in the Ryder Cup on six occasions, amassing an impressive record of 14-9-3 in the biennial joust. 

Rose has achieved 11 PGA Tour victories, including the prestigious 2018 FedExCup.

He also boasts several European Tour wins. 

Off the course, he is married to Kate Phillips, a former international gymnast, and they have two children, Leo and Lottie. 

The family splits their time between the UK and the U.S. Rose is also noted for his philanthropic efforts through the Kate and Justin Rose Foundation.
