Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy announce TWO HUGE SIGNINGS onto TGL with PGA Tour
Collin Morikawa and Adam Scott join Jon Rahm and Justin Thomas as the latest PGA Tour stars to join Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy's new Monday Night Golf League.
Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy have confirmed the additional signings of Collin Morikawa and Adam Scott onto TGL which is the new golf league of their new company, TMRW Sports.
The new golf league, which was revealed last year following the emergence of LIV Golf, will start in 2024.
Morikawa and Scott now join Justin Thomas and the hottest man on the PGA Tour right now in Jon Rahm, who captured his fourth title in his last six starts around the world at The American Express on Sunday, as the four players to join Woods and McIlroy.
Thomas and Rahm were confirmed as TGL signings back in November 2022.
All six players are major champions.

TGL is a creation of TMRW Sports, a company co-founded by Woods, McIlroy and CEO Mike McCarley. McCarley served as NBC Sports' golf and global strategy president from 2011 to 2021.
The new golf league will run in cooperation with the PGA Tour.
Here's what we know about the TGL so far:
- Monday Night Golf League
- 18 players, six teams of three
- All of the matches will take place in a special arena in Palm Beach
- Each team will play 5 matches during a 15-week regular season
- 18-hole team match play, two-hour broadcast
This new concept also intends to give fans a high-energy experience, up close and personal with the players and the shots.
McIlroy said the reason why they have chosen to broadcast on Monday evenings was because it fits better into players' schedules when events are on as Tuesdays and Wednesdays are usually reserved for practice days before tournaments.
Woods said:
Woods and McIlroy finished 1-2 in the PGA Tour's Player Impact Program for 2022.
Here were the official results and payouts.
