Shane Lowry fires F-BOMB at golf fan as Sky Sports are forced to apologise!
Shane Lowry loses his cool with a golf fan en route to first-round defeat at WGC Match Play.
Sky Sports Golf's Nick Dougherty was forced to apologise to viewers on the opening day of the WGC Match Play as Shane Lowry fired an F-bomb in the direction of a golf fan while trudging off the 17th tee.
Lowry, who was 2 down to Taylor Montgomery at the time, sent his tee shot to within 20 feet on the penultimate hole.
The Irishman needed to win both of the last two holes in order to force a tie.

Understandably frustrated with how the match was going, Lowry took things out on a golf fan who said something to him as walked off the tee.
While the fan's comment can't be picked up by the audio, Lowry, who could see he was being followed by the cameraman directly in front of him, did not take kindly to his words.
Lowry replied to the fan: "You're f***ing hilarious aren't ya?!"
Dougherty immediately replied in the Sky Sports commentary box alongside Laura Davies: "Apologies for the language."

A spectator who was in the crowd at the time tweeted:
Lowry went on to miss his birdie putt and lose the match 2&1 to Montgomery, who tops Group 12 alongside Jordan Spieth who defeated Mackenzie Hughes 4&3.
There were also wins for Rory McIlroy, who take care of Scott Stallings 3&1 with a new putter in the bag, as well as Rickie Fowler, who caused one of the shocks of the day by defeating World No.2 Jon Rahm.
Paige Spiranac tweeted one PGA Tour pro made her 'gag' in the opening round.
