PGA Tour player daggers fellow pro over Jack Nicklaus comparison: "How?!"
PGA Tour pro Michael Kim daggered a fellow pro after the American found himself in illustrious company alongside the likes Jack Nicklaus.
PGA Tour pro Michael Kim took to social media this week to chide fellow pro Chesson Hadley after he found himself reportedly held in the same regard as legendary golfer Jack Nicklaus.
If the name Kim rings a bell, it's because he hit the headlines earlier in the year when he revealed he once fired a caddie for trying to distract two-time major champion Justin Thomas during a tournament.
Kim has one PGA Tour victory to his name, which came at the John Deere Classic in 2018. He regained his full card last season via the Korn Ferry Tour and is in the field at this week's stop in Mexico for the World Wide Technology Championship at Mayakoba.

The 29-year-old was presumably taking a stroll around El Camaleon Golf Club when he spotted this.
He even decided to stop and record the moment as something clearly wasn't right.
On the clubhouse wall there are images of the game's elite. There are photographs of the likes of Phil Mickelson, Tom Watson and Jack Nicklaus.
And Chesson Hadley. No disrespect to him, but he is a 35-year-old rank-and-file pro.
Narrated Kim: "Looking at this wall of major champions, you got Rickie [Fowler], Mr. Popularity, a couple U.S. Open winners, the G.O.A.T, Tom Watson, Phil, annnnnd Chesson Hadley."

The inclusion of a picture Hadley does seem a little bit peculiar. That is considering that he, like Kim, has only won once on the PGA Tour and it wasn't even here.
Hadley's lone PGA Tour victory came at 2014 Puerto Rico Open.
The favourite to win this week in Mexico is Scottie Scheffler. Norwegian Viktor Hovland is also in the field and he will be attempting to win the tournament for the third year in a row.

He would become the first player since Steve Stricker completed the feat at the John Deere Classic in 2011.
According to golf stat man Justin Ray, over the last 40 years only Woods, Stricker and Stuart Appleby have completed the three-peat.
