Michael Block makes SHOCK Rory McIlroy confession: "Would be stupid"
Michael Block made a surprising confession after playing the final round with Rory McIlroy last week at the PGA Championship.
Michael Block, the PGA professional who became a star at Oak Hill last week, claimed there's one thing in the way of him being "one of the best players in the world."
Block, 46, had shot back-to-back rounds of even-par 70 over the first two rounds of the PGA Championship to make the cut.

He then went on to shoot another 70 in the third round and found himself paired with Rory McIlroy for the final day of the major championship.
On Sunday in Rochester, New York, playing alongside the Northern Irishman, Block made an incredible hole-in-one at the par-3 15th, helping him en route to a 1-over par 71.
As a result, he finished tied for 15th to secure a place in next year's PGA Championship at Valhalla.
He's also since been invited to two PGA Tour events: this week's Charles Schwab Challenge and the RBC Canadian Open in June.
Earlier this week, Block went on the RipperMagoo Podcast, where he made the claim that he'd be "one of the best players in the world" if he just had one thing: McIlroy's distance.
McIlroy, a four-time major winner, is known for his talent off the tee, evidenced by the fact that he's currently leading the PGA Tour in driving distance with a 326.2-yard average.
Block's surprising confession came about after RipperMagoo host, Bob Menery, asked him what the main difference between Block and McIlroy's game was.
"He's a lot longer than me. That's what it is," Block told him.
He then added:
