But Pepperell still manages to post a tie for sixth at Carnoustie.
A "hungover" Eddie Pepperell charged through the pack on Sunday to pick up a tie for sixth at The Open at Carnoustie.
Pepperell, 27, carded a 4-under 67 to post his best finish in a major championship - and he even did it with a hangover...

Playing alongside Phil Mickelson, the Englishman birdied three holes in the space of four holes from the third, before giving one back at the eighth, but birdies at the 14th and 17th saw Pepperell give the later starters something to think about on the leaderboard with his score of 5-under.
Unfortunately it came up three strokes shy of eventual champion Francesco Molinari, who became the first Italian to win The Open.
