The Open tee times: Rory McIlroy begins Claret Jug bid with Rahm and Rose
Rory McIlroy will play his first two rounds of the 2023 Open Championship at Royal Liverpool alongside Justin Rose and reigning Masters champion Jon Rahm.
Rory McIlroy has been grouped with reigning Masters champion Jon Rahm and former World No.1 Justin Rose for the first two rounds of the 151st Open Championship at Royal Liverpool.
McIlroy will tee off at 2.59pm BST on Thursday. The group are out at 9.58am on Friday.
The defending champion, Cameron Smith, begins his first round at 9.58am alongside 2023 U.S. Open winner Wyndham Clark and Xander Schauffele.
Scottie Scheffler, currently ranked the best player in the world, will play the first 36 holes alongside Adam Scott and Tommy Fleetwood.
