WATCH: Caddie protects young golfer from TORRENTIAL weather conditions
When you have a caddie like this, it makes your round much easier even if the rain is pouring down.
Caddies are such an important member of the team of PGA Tour and European Tour players. They guide the players and keep them in check throughout their rounds.
We have seen so many flourishing relationships between players and their caddies on the PGA Tour such as Tiger Woods and Steve Williams and Phil Mickelson and Bones Mackay.
Without these relationships, there is a question as to how successful the players would be. That is how important caddies are in the lives of the players.
The loyalty and importance of caddies are very clear in the video below, as a young golfer prepares to tee off in absolutely torrential conditions.

Caddies are particularly important in difficult weather conditions. They keep the clubs dry and make sure the grips are not too wet for the player to hold in their hands.
Well in this video, the caddie certainly has his work cut out as he attempts to keep the young golfer dry and protected from the soaking conditions.
The caddie holds the umbrella above the player's head while he completes his practice routine. Then abiding by the rules, he steps away and allows the young golfer to hit his drive.
Unbelievably, the little boy smokes his shot straight down the fairway. His ball won't have rolled far in those conditions, as you can tell by the casual water on the tee box.

Torrential rain and strong winds are the nemeses of any golfer and any caddie, but the young man seems to be enthusiastic enough to still compete in the monsoon.
I wonder if the caddie has the same enthusiasm on the inside?
