What were they expecting to happen with this? Did this person truly believe that this trick shot would be successful.
Sometimes when we watch these types of clips we just sit back and wonder: why?
This latest clip, courtesy of Instagram user @marcusrogers_official is another prime example.
Perhaps this person who agreed to take part in a trick shot video should have used some common sense.
These types of trick shots rarely end well.
What is interesting though - when the inevitable happens - is that the ball smashes in a place you wouldn't have been thinking.
Instead of the ball hitting the person down below what actually happens is the ball cracks his shin. That looked ridiculously painful.
Ordinarily, we would declare our sympathies if we watched a viral golf video of someone getting hurt. But what were they expecting?
It certainly was an almighty crack and the person is left on the floor clutching their shin for heaven knows how long.
