One of the most outrageous golfing bets of the season - but still not the best!

A golf punter won a whopping £11,488 from a £2 each way double last week after selecting Romain Wattel to win the KLM Open and Marc Leishman to win the BMW Championship at the start of both tournaments...
Wattel went on to land his maiden title in Holland by one shot, just hours before Leishman sealed the deal by five strokes at the penultimate event of the FedEx Cup Playoffs.
The tipster picked Wattel at odds of 150/1 and Leishman at 35/1...
Oh my word.
That's got to be the bet of the week!

Only it's still nothing compared to this effort earlier in the year, when a £5 each way double resulted in a sensational £43, 635...
And who will ever forget about this incredible accumulator in the majors, which would have bust the bank had Rickie Fowler won The Open...
