PGA Tour: What's in Justin Rose's bag

TMaG Tour Staff professional Justin Rose won for the second time in three starts by capturing the AT&T National on Sunday.

Rose, the hottest player on the PGA Tour right now, used the Burner SuperFast driver to bash his way to the new Liberty Bell trophy, averaging 301.9 yards off the tee and ranking tied 15th in driving accuracy.

Critical to the 29-year-old’s victory was a final-round eagle at the par-5 ninth.

Faced with an uphill, 280-yard approach, he hit the defining shot of tournament, lacing an R9 TP 4-wood (17°) into the heart of the green, the ball settling four feet from the cup.

Rose also played the remarkable new Rossa Corza Ghost putter and Penta TP golf ball; he finished T10 in putts per round (29.0) and T10 in greens in regulation (73.6%).

Throughout the game Rose was wearing the adidas Retego sunglasses – helping his vision and precision on the course to win those crucial points to earn a late exemption in the 150th Anniversary Open Championship later this month.

He also wore adidas Golf ClimaCool apparel and adiPURE footwear.

The victory was TaylorMade’s 28th worldwide driver win, more than any other brand.
