Cleveland HB3 hybrid irons here in April
Built to suit any golfer, says Cleveland
Cleveland Golf’s third generation of HiBore clubs - the Cleveland HB3 irons - are due to arrive in April and the Alton-based company claims they are lighter, faster and longer than any of Cleveland Golf’s previous hybrid iron sets.
With 'advanced internal weighting' and a more forgiving sole design, this full hybrid iron set claims to deliver a 'seamless transition' from one club to the next, 'inspires confidence at address' and provides ideal launch trajectory for players of all skill levels.
The Cleveland HB3 irons are powered by the company's latest Action Ultralite graphite shafts, which are 15 grams lighter and with a lower kick point than those of their predecessors.
Cleveland engineers say the new shafts will allow players to generate faster clubhead speeds and higher launches, to make these 'the longest hybrid set Cleveland has ever made.'
Cleveland HB3 irons will have a recommended price of £499 (steel shafts) and £599 (graphite).
'The longest hybrid set Cleveland has ever made.'
