Brooks Koepka's Wikipedia page edited by fan
Brooks Koepka had his Wikipedia page edited by a fan and the result was brilliant.
Wikipedia is where the majority of the online population go to for information about someone's life. The only issue is, it's also known for the fact that anyone can edit any page and it seems Brooks Koepka is the latest star to have his page altered.
After successfully defending the PGA Championship at Bethpage Black last week, Koepka is now a four-time major winner and the number one golfer in the world.
It seems that someone was so impressed, they decided to change the big American's Wikipedia page and add that Koepka is the 'owner of the PGA Tour' and the 'Brandel Chamblee's father.' Wikipedia has since removed the changes, but below is a screenshot of what it looked like:
With Koepka dominating major championships with four wins in his last eight majors, whoever changed the Wikipedia page felt like 'owner of the PGA Tour' was an appropriate title.
Most of you will be aware that Koepka and Brandel Chamblee have had a bit of a back and forth lately, with Chamblee claiming Koepka isn't as good as Dustin Johnson and Rory McIlroy, with Koepka responding on Twitter with a picture of Chamblee with a clown nose.
Koepka certainly made Chamblee eat his words with a stunning performance in New York, but Chamblee was quick to praise Koepka straight after he won the PGA Championship on Sunday.
“He’s handled it mentally. He’s handled it physically. He’s handled it technically. Which is exactly what Ben Hogan, Jack Nicklaus and Tiger Woods did,” said Chamblee after Koepka's win. “He’s made a believer out of me.”
