Rory McIlroy, Scottie Scheffler appear to be curious of Callaway club at Augusta
TaylorMade golfers Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler appeared to be fascinated by playing partners' Callaway club at Augusta.
Rory McIlroy and Scottie Scheffler, both TaylorMade-sponsored golfers, were seen seemingly curious of their playing partners' Callaway clubs on Wednesday.
During a practice round at Augusta National ahead of The Masters, Instagram account pgamemes posted a photo of both Scheffler and McIlroy separately holding and presumably curious of the Callaway club used by their playing partners.

Scheffler and McIlroy are two of the best ball strikers currently on the PGA Tour in addition to being ranked World No. 1 and No. 2, respectively.
Scheffler has the 19th furthest average driving distance on the PGA Tour with 308.7-yard average, while McIlroy is No. 1 with a 326.6-yard average.
Sam Burns was playing with Scheffler on Wednesday and it was his Callaway club that Scheffler is seen holding onto. Burns is a solid driver as well, tied with Scheffler at averaging 308.7 yards on the PGA Tour.
Both Scheffler and McIlroy are expected to contend this week at Augusta as Scheffler looks to defend his first major championship and McIlroy looks to complete the career Grand Slam with a green jacket.
Scheffler is playing with Max Homa and amateur player Sam Bennett, while McIlroy will be teeing off in a group with Tom Kim and Burns. They're playing in back-to-back groups going off at 6:36 p.m. and 6:48 p.m. BST, respectively.
