Report: Final round broadcast LIV Golf Tour viewing figures REVEALED
The final round broadcasts of the LIV Golf Tour are reportedly struggling to reach half the average third-round audience of PGA Tour events.
The final round broadcasts of the LIV Golf Invitational Series are reportedly struggling to reach half the average third-round audience of PGA Tour events, GOLF are reporting.
According to documents obtained by the publication's James Colgan: "LIV's final-round coverage has regularly struggled to reach half of the PGA Tour's average third-round audience of 1.8m viewers, while coverage from the league's international stops has struggled to reach one-fifth of the Tour average."
LIV Golf have now played seven events of their inaugural $255m season. They will head to Miami next winning for the season-ending, $50m Team Championship.

It is absolutely clear at this point LIV Golf have no plans to slow down. There are whispers of some potentially huge signings in the coming weeks.
Whether that materialises remains to be seen but one thing is clear: the absence of a TV deal remains a large piece of the puzzle for LIV Golf.
At the moment, all of their events are free of charge and broadcast on their own website and YouTube.

We could genuinely be in a position where LIV go through entire season without making a single penny from a media rights deal.
In early September it was reported that Greg Norman was confident a deal would soon be struck with US cable network Fox Sports 1.
That news was reported by Golfweek and the reported deal involved LIV Golf paying for its own airtime with the goal of recouping costs by selling their own commercial sponsorships.

LIV Golf responded to that report by saying it was "incomplete and inaccurate".
"LIV Golf has exceeded expectations and remains ahead of schedule across numerous fronts, including broadcast rights," a spokesperson previously said.
"As we have stated previously, LIV Golf is just beginning its process and is in active discussions with several companies about broadcasting the LIV Golf League. We caution that no one should draw any conclusions about potential media rights given that we are still in the middle of negotiations with several outlets."
It has to be said that LIV Golf have played two events overseas in Jeddah and Bangkok, which will have obviously had an impact on US audiences.
