Brooks Koepka's Masters prep? Yelling at NHL player: "F***ing traffic cone!"
Brooks Koepka was filmed verbally abusing an ice hockey player using a traffic cone before the third LIV Golf event of 2023.
Brooks Koepka was one of a select few who told us they plan to enjoy the lighter schedule after he bolted from the PGA Tour to join LIV Golf.
It appears Koepka is fully embracing that. He's in Florida this week for the third LIV Golf League event of 2023.
The first two events haven't really gone to plan for the four-time major champion. At least, not with his lofty expectations.
He's finished T-27 and T-24 in the 48-man fields with the breakaway tour, commissioned by Greg Norman.
Still, Koepka doesn't appear too bothered by it. At least, not as bothered as he was in the Netflix documentary where he looked utterly miserable.
Koepka later stated that the series didn't encapsulate the 'full picture of what's going on'.
At the same time, Koepka also finally addressed his infamous Ryder Cup fight with fellow LIV 'rebel' Dustin Johnson.
"A lot of that stuff was done not even a year after surgery," Koepka said. Now, apparently he's as happy and hungry as ever to win again.
But back to the topic of this article and Koepka is in Florida. He took the opportunity to attend a Florida Panthers game.
There, he was filmed using a traffic cone to verbally abuse Aaron Eckblad.
He shouted:
Watch here:
Is that Brooks Koepka calling Ekblad a fucking traffic cone from the stands in Florida??

That's quite a sight, isn't it?

GolfMagic has written this piece assessing in detail the form of each LIV player heading into the tournament in Georgia.
Koepka will be looking to put the misery of the 86th Masters behind him. He missed the cut in the major for the very first time in his career.
He shot 6-over par. His best finish at Augusta came in 2019 when he finished T-2. A year later he posted another top-10.
