Guido Migliozzi reflects on a "dream" European Tour debut season

Well that’s the end of a memorable 2019 European Tour season - a fantastic way to round of a great year playing in the DP World Tour Championships in Dubai with some of the best golfers in the world.
I have to be pleased with a tied 16th finish amongst such a strong field of players, however, it does excite me that I feel I can continue to improve all areas of my game.
I’m looking forward to getting home for some rest and to allow myself a chance to reflect on the season before getting back to work and improving.
It’s been a long few weeks on the road and I am so lucky to visit so many new countries and these last two weeks alone have allowed me to visit both South Africa and Dubai with my team.
We managed to squeeze in a safari on my rest day at the start of the week and I always have to pinch myself to remind me about how lucky and fortunate I am to call this my job!

I must take this opportunity to thank all my team around me who have supported me every step of the way.
To win twice in my debut season on the European Tour is something I could have only dreamt about, however, none of it would have been possible without my wider team.

Now home time for some rest and to process a year I will never forget. 2019 has allowed me to tour the world playing a sport I love, to play and learn from some of the best golfers of my lifetime and create memories for life.
Looking ahead to next season, I cannot wait to kick off my 2020 campaign in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
I would like to thank each and every GolfMagic reader for all the support they have shown me over the year. I hope you all have a great Christmas and I will catch up again at the start of the new year.
