Spieth has won 13 times on the PGA Tour in his career, including three major titles.
He just needs to land the US PGA to complete the career grand slam, but he came short in his bid this season with a T43.
It's not been his finest year to date, and as a result he has slipped down to 25th in the Official World Golf Rankings in May 2024.
