Matt Fitzpatrick labels Sheffield United owners PATHETIC after they sack manager
The 27-year-old also described his beloved club as "a laughing stock".
Matthew Fitzpatrick is not a happy boy. At least, he's not pleased with how his beloved Sheffield United are doing at the moment.
Massive Blades fan Fitzpatrick, 27, is a fiery and passionate player on the golf course and he's taken to Twitter to express his frustration with how the situation is unfolding at his football club.
After a poor start that saw his side not win in their first four games, it seems like the club's owners have decided now is the time for a change.
They've shown their manager the door.
If you're unfamiliar with the situation at Sheffield United let us briefly fill you in.

They were relegated from the Premier League last season after sacking their manager Chris Wilder, whom Fitzpatrick appears to have been a fan of.
They replaced Wilder with Serb manager Slavisa Jokanovic who was today sacked by the club after a "disappointing and slow start".
The club are eight points off the Championship play-off places and some of their fans - probably all of them - expect much more from their team.
They've got a new manager now, 44-year-old Paul Heckingbottom, who briefly took the helm after Wilder left.
Fitzpatrick vented in a series of posts and engaged with other fans.
One fan even joked that he must have enough "wonga" to buy the club. "I wish", Fitzy replied.
Fitzpatrick even called the club "pathetic" and a "laughing stock".
Well tell us how you really feel, Fitzy!

To the fans that thought Chris was the problem surely this proves how wrong you were. The club is becoming a laughing stock with the way it’s run. Promises of new facilities 3 years ago and they’ve not even started work on anything. Pathetic

That’s literally how you build a successful club choose a style of play, recruit the players for the style, youth teams play that way, recruit managers to match the style. https://t.co/tHBivzoSys

I do get the appointment but at the same time why not just give it him in the summer. There just is no plan behind the scenes whatsoever and it’s so annoying https://t.co/rtEKdOZDNd
