Hovland buries a birdie putt from 15 feet on the 13th to move one shot clear.
Rose is flying home. He makes another birdie and he's moved to within two shots of the lead with five holes left to play.
Schauffele makes a complete hash of the par-5 10th and it leads to a bogey-six on statistically the easiest hole at Valhalla. It means he's now tied with Hovland on 18-under par. Morikawa is having a final round to forget with 10 pars in a row and he finds himself three back.
Hovland makes birdie from six feet at the par-4 12th to move to 18-under par and within one shot of Schauffele, who is heading down the par-5 10th. DeChambeau taps in for a par to remain two back.
Schauffele sends a beautiful iron shot from out the first cut of rough in to 14 feet at the 9th and he then buries the birdie putt to move two shots clear on 19-under par. The World No.3 marches back into a two-shot lead over DeChambeau and Hovland. This is now a golden chance here for Schauffele to land his maiden major title as he heads into the back nine.

We've not heard from Rose much today but he's making a late surge with three consecutive birdies at 9, 10 and 11. The Englishman is now up to 15-under par and just three back of Schauffele.
DeChambeau and Hovland both make simple birdies at the par-5 10th to move to 17-under par and just one behind Schauffele, who is heading down the 9th.
It's a disappointing par at the par-5 18th for Scheffler (-13) but the World No.1 closes out with a 6-under 65. It might be good enough for a top 10, we'll have to wait and see.
After going long in the deep stuff, DeChambeau chips his ball down to 10 feet and duly converts the par save. A massive momentum putt for the LIV Golf star, who finds himself two shots back heading into the back nine. Hovland makes par to sit alongside him.
It's a very sloppy bogey for Lowry at the par-3 8th. The Irishman lips out from short range. It sends him back to 14-under par and four back.
Schauffele gets up and down from sand for birdie at the par-5 7th. The American drills home the 12 footer to move two shots ahead once again on 18-under par. Morikawa's birdie putt from six feet lips out on the left side. He now finds himself three back.
It's a huge par saver for Schauffele at the 6th. After coming up short of the pin with his putt from off the green, the American buries the 13-footer for par to remain one shot ahead.
Hovland moves to within a shot of the lead after pouring home a birdie from 20 feet at the par-5 7th. It's just a par for DeChambeau though. Both players are 16-under par and one behind Schauffele.
What a finish from Scheffler. He drains another putt from 16 feet at the tough par-4 16th to move to 13-under par. It's all too late for the World No.1 to win but he's putting on a show for the fans.
McIlroy goes long at the 12th and finds the water.
It leads to a bogey and he falls back to 10-under par.
DeChambeau hits the shot of the day so far with a stunning chip-in birdie at the 6th.
It moves the LIV Golf star to 16-under par and just one shot back of Schauffele.
Hovland, playing alongside DeChambeau, also makes birdie from six feet.
The European Ryder Cup hero joins the group at 15-under par.
Scheffler is leaving this far too late, but what a finish from the World No.1.
He drains another birdie from 16 feet at the 15th to move it to 12-under par.
A whirlwind week for Scheffler.

Theegala hits a shocker of a drive way left off the 5th and he then compounds the mistake by going long into the deep stuff out the back door. He then duffs his chip short of the green and it leads to a bogey. Theegala falls back into the pack on 13-under par. That's four back of Schauffele now.
Schauffele plays a brilliant chip from the deep rough at the short par-4 4th and then converts the four-footer for birdie to move two shots clear on 17-under par.
Hovland drills a birdie home from 30 feet on the 5th, and DeChambeau follows him in from five feet. Birdies all round. Hovland moves to 14-under par and DeChambeau to 15-under par.
Lowry hits the flag with his second shot to the short par-4 4th and it's a tap-in birdie for the Irishman.
He moves to 15-under par and just one shot back of Schauffele.
It's not going to be Scottie Scheffler's week but the World No.1 is rallying late in the day.
Scheffler drains a birdie on the 13th to move it to 4-under for the round and to 11-under par for the tournament.
