Jason Day and Lydia Ko claimed the Grant Thornton Invitational.
The tournament was the first co-sanctioned event between the PGA, LPGA Tour since 1999. It has replaced the QBE Shootout.
Day and Ko, both former world number one players, won by one stroke on 26-under over the Canadian duo Brooke Henderson and Corey Conners.
Sweden's Madelene Sagstrom, playing alongside European Ryder Cup rookie Ludvig Aberg, finished third.
Charley Hull and Justin Rose finished T-9 in the field, which comprised of 16 teams.
Day and Ko picked up the top prize of $1,000,000.
