Thomas -2 (2)
Not the start Thomas wanted as he bogeys the 2nd hole to move back to 2-under.

D. Johnson +1 (16)
We've not heard a huge amount from DJ so far this week, but he's just landed a rare eagle on the 16th to give himself a lovely push up the leaderboard.
While we wouldn't say he's in contention yet, a birdie or two on the last two holes could prove to be very valuable.
Spieth +3 (11)
Spieth has paid the price for his wayward tee shot on the 11th hole and has to walk off the green with his tail between his legs and a double bogey.
You simply can't afford to miss right on the tough 11th hole.
Day -1 (68)
A 3-under 68 for Jason Day today has put him right in the mix at 1-under for the tournament.
The Australian managed three birdies and remained bogey-free for one of the day's best rounds so far.
Lowry -5 (11)
Disaster has finally struck for Lowry. The Irishman missed the fairway left on the par-4 11th, and his second shot was a complete miscue, which hurtled into the thick stuff up the left-hand side.
A drop onto the spectator's path followed, and in all honesty, he did well to keep the damage to just a double; it could have been a lot worse.
Scheffler -1 (12)
The world number one pays the price for missing the green left at the par-4 12th....
Koepka +1 (12)
The five-time major champion would've hoped for a little bit better today.
It's no disastrous but you can see he's a little bit annoyed with his performance thus far.
His scorecard today contains one birdie, one bogey and one double bogey...
Lowry -7 (11*)
Our leader misses the fairway at the par-4 11th and is 177 yards from the pin.
And his approach is an absolute shocker! Straight into the gorse bush. That's gone.
He blasts: "F--- sake, man!"
Lowry produces a superb fourth and could still escape with a bogey.
But he's furious and rightly so.
Spieth E (10*)
Jordan Spieth isn't happy and he cannot hold in his frustration, dropping an explosive F-bomb as he watches his tee shot at the par-4 10th go straight right into the thick stuff...
Lowry -7 (10)
Lowry misses a huge opportunity to go three clear at the summit.
A superb iron shot from 135 yards into the par-4 10th settles six feet from the hole.
Not many players will be making birdie here today...
Can Lowry? No.
He'll kick himself about that one later.
Horschel -2
Billy Horschel is well in the mix here after two solid rounds.
He's just signed for a 68, which means he's currently in a tie for fifth.
Cantlay -2, Schauffele -2, Woods +11 (11)
Patrick Cantlay moves to 2-under after a superb birdie at the 10th.
It's one of the most difficult holes on the course and all three players in this group played it well.
Three beauties off the tee, three on the green.
But it's only Cantlay who can convert his putt, converting from 10ft.
Rors is on the property and he looks relatively relaxed after a miserable first day.
McIlroy said it was one of the least enjoyable days he has ever had on a golf course because of the way he hit the ball.
He'll need something in the 60s today if he is to have any chance.
Here's a reminder of the tee times for this afternoon
Brown -5 (4)
Brown pays the price for a loose second shot at the par-5 4th.
His lay-up was miles left in the thick stuff and he was forced to hack back into the fairway.
Brown missed the green with his fourth and he can't produce any magic to keep the par streak alive.
Laura Davies of Sky Sports tells us Tiger Woods has got very little chance of making the cut now, which might be somewhat of an understatement.
Here's a big of magic from Woods earlier on to cheer you all up...
Spieth E (8)
Jordan Spieth makes a routine par save at the Postage Stamp.
A poor tee shot saw him miss the green right but he produces a lovely chip from 23 yards to six feet.
Can he knock it in?
Never in doubt...
C. Smith +11 (8)
Who would've thought the 2022 winner would be so far down the leaderboard?
Of the LIV Golf players in the field, Smith was thought to be one of the favourites to contend for the claret jug.
Maybe next year.
T. Woods +11 (9)
Home stretch now for Woods, Cantlay and Schauffele.
The 15-time major champion makes the turn in 39 strokes after making another bogey at the par-4 9th.
This time, his undoing was yet another loose iron shot.
He missed the green left and couldn't scramble to save his par.
Woods is currently in a tie for 148th...
S. Lowry -7 (8)
Lowry moves one clear of Brown atop the leaderboard courtesy of a 10ft birdie putt at the Postage Stamp.
Just superb stuff from the 2019 winner.
P. Mickelson +5 (11)
Lefty is grinding here.
He makes the turn in 2-over 38.
He'll need a few birdies coming in but it's not out of the question the former champ could be here for the weekend...
D. Brown -6 (3)
My word.
Daniel Brown sinks his 20-footer for par at the third.
Still no bogeys on his score card.
T. Woods +10 (8)
Woods found the fringe of the Postage Stamp and comfortably holes a three-footer for par.
Thousands of spectators are still following this group.
The big cat has 10 holes left...
P. Cantlay -1 (8)
The American is putting together a tidy round here with three birdies thus far.
He holes a 12ft birdie putt at the Postage Stamp to move into the red for the championship.
