"That's not the Granny Shack" fans react to hilarious LIV Golf footage
LIV Golf welcomed a record attendance of 94,000 to its latest Adelaide tournament.
Golf fans have been reacting to news of LIV Golf's record attendance figures from Adelaide as well as some hilarious footage of 'The Granny Shack'.
Following the completion of LIV Golf Adelaide on Sunday afternoon, it was confirmed a reported 94,000 fans attended the three days of action at The Grange Golf Club in Australia.
That number is up from 77,000 on its debut event at the same venue last year, and vastly up on all other LIV Golf events throughout the season.
Much of the tournament's success has been down to bringing a high-profile tournament to the heart of Australia, something LIV Golf CEO Greg Norman considers has been a missed opportunity for those on the PGA Tour.
Norman told Australian Golf Digest he 'feels sorry' for his doubters following LIV Golf's sixth event of the season.

The tournament was won by Brendan Steele but the biggest drama was saved for the team event won by home favourites Ripper GC, led by captain Cameron Smith.
While Norman may consider the tournament to have been a success in helping 'grow the game', many critics believe the main reason for LIV Golf Adelaide attracting just shy of 100,000 fans over the three days is because of its 'party' element and alcohol-fuelled vibe.
'The Watering Hole' on the 12th hole, a similar setup to that of the famed par-3 16th during the WM Phoenix Open at TPC Scottsdale, was a particular hotspot for fans.
The WM Phoenix Open of 2018 remains the highest attended PGA Tour event of all time with more than 700,000 fans on site.

Hilarious footage emerged over the weekend of home fans dressing up in 'The Granny Shack'.
That was then followed by footage of a group of girls singing and dancing in the crowd, to which lead commentator Arlo White said: "That's not the Granny Shack".
They are there for the concert and not LIV golf.

Popular DJ and producer, Fisher, was also on site on Saturday to play a live set, which will have no doubt drawn plenty of Australians to LIV Golf Adelaide.
