Relegated LIV Golf pro gives verdict on uncertain future: "I put myself in this position"
Branden Grace has revealed he plans to try and win his space back in the LIV Golf League after he was relegated in the 2025 campaign.
Branden Grace has admitted he has not even looked at his prospects for next season after he was relegated from LIV Golf.
The South African was among six players who finished the breakaway tour's third season in the drop zone.
It is understood former Open champion Louis Oosthuizen wants to have Grace back with Stinger next year but that is out of his hands.
Grace could theoretically play his way back onto LIV Golf via the Asian Tour's International Series but it's looking increasingly likely American John Catlin will be crowned the order of merit winner and claim the golden ticket to the Saudi-backed league.

Grace is also eligible to compete in LIV Golf Promotions in December.
Details for that event were made official earlier in the week but the big change in 2024 is that only one spot is available compared to three last year.
“My thing is, I am here, I am playing Qatar, playing Saudi, and then I am going to the promotions event," Grace told reporters.
"I have to do what I have to do. Depending on what happens, I make my decision from there.
"I put myself in this position, so there is nothing I can really do about it other than practice and get ready for these events.
"I need to go win, win, win, and there you go. It takes care of things. But I just have to do what I have to do."
But what if he fails?
Grace added that he will cross that bridge when he comes to it.
"I am going to go to where I feel that I have the best chances of competing and winning golf tournaments.
"This is what it is all about - giving the guys opportunity. Like I have said before, this is a great stepping stone. It is great."
Grace said he has been given plenty of encouragement by his aforementioned Stinger teammates.
"It would be nice to be back on that team," he added.
