Lee Chieh-po booked his spot for the 2025 LIV Golf League with victory at the breakaway tour's version of qualifying school.
The World No. 223 finished on 10-under par after four rounds, two clear of his nearest competitor.
Lee, 28, had to beat a field of 93 players that included English veterans, a former European Ryder Cup member, blasts from the past, relegated LIV Golf players and former PGA Tour professionals.
A host of emerging talents also played at Riyadh Golf Club.
Lee, from Taiwan, is likely to be given wildcard status for LIV's third full season, which kicks off next February in Riyadh.
He also picked up the top prize of $200,000 for winning the event.
Notable players who missed out on the one golden ticket on offer include Branden Grace, John Catlin and the former No.1 ranked amateur in the world Ollie Schniederjans.
