DP World Tour pro Dan Brown had one of the most unusual drops of his career after his ball came to rest on a lady's bottom in the final round of the Andalucia Masters.

Brown, 30, fired his approach shot over the back of the green at the par-4 16th as he tried to chase down his playing partners Julien Guerrier and Jorge Campillo for the title.

The Englishman then discovered his ball had come to rest wedged against a lady's bottom and her chair.

'It's on a lady, it's well, look, I could get into all sorts of trouble here and I'm not going to do it," said Sky Sports Golf on-course commentator Wayne 'Radar' Riley.

"It's on a lady's chair, it's behind her back and the bottom of the chair, and she's sitting very, very still."

Sky's Richard Kaufman said: "Play it as it lies?"

"No, no, there's no playing this one," replied Riley.

Sky's Mark Roe said: "Well I'm still curious to see exactly where it is... oh would you look at that, it's that unbelievable!"

Sky's Tony Johnstone added: "What can you say?!"

Brown went on to make a bogey at the 16th en route to a solo third-place finish on 19-under par.

It marked his fifth top-10 of the season.

He shot to fame earlier this year when holding the lead at The Open before going on to finish T10.

Guerrier holed an 18-footer for birdie on the 18th hole to force a playoff with Campillo at the Andalucia Masters.

Both Campillo and Guerrier closed with rounds of 70 to finish the week on 21-under par.

Guerrier and Campillo were locked in an incredible nine-hole playoff.

After exchanging pars at the first eight holes, Guerrier captured his first DP World Tour title in his 230th start on the circuit with a par on the ninth extra hole.

It was heartbreak for Campillo who was seeking a fourth DP World Tour title but his first on home soil.

Tournament favourite Jon Rahm finished solo sixth on 17-under par.

Rahm has now played in his four regular season tournaments on the DP World Tour to fulfil his membership and eligibility on the European Ryder Cup team for 2025.
