At long last, you can now buy the same irons as Tiger Woods uses...But hurry, they are going fast
At last, Titleist have succumbed to the pressure of being asked “When are you going to release the Tiger Woods iron?”
Starting from mid-April, the new 681 Forged irons, the exact same irons that Tiger Woods has in his bag, will be available on special order from Titleist, but only 200-250 sets will arrive in Europe.
There are 3000 limited edition sets and they will be the same muscle back blade with the exact same grindings preferred by Tiger.

The Titleist 681 Forged Irons are also in the bags of Titleist Tour staff players Sergio Garcia and Greg Norman and are available from 2-iron to PW.
Prices are as yet unconfirmed, but other websites such as www.ebay.com are already offering them at auction with the current bid value at well over $2000 already.
While many people will just snap them up as collectors items, Titleist hope they will be bought by top amateurs and good professional players.
John Peal, Titleist’s Director of Marketing in the UK told Golf World magazine this month:
“It’s not an easy club to use but we are hoping that particularly pros and top class amateurs will be using it.”
