Multiple major champion cracks up golf fans with Scottie Scheffler impression
Multiple major champion Padraig Harrington attempted to pull of Scottie Scheffler's swing by replicating his insane footwork.
Multiple major champion Padraig Harrington appears to be the gift that keeps on giving.
Ahead of this week's PGA Tour Champions event, the 52-year-old attempted to replicate Scottie Scheffler's insane footwork.
Scheffler is the talk of the golf world right now given his back-to-back PGA Tour victories.
He also appears to have solved his putting woes and in truth, it wouldn't be unreasonable to suggest the Masters might be a foregone conclusion.
Scheffler, as you'll know, has a unique golf swing. His footwork, in particular, is a sight to behold. It's been anointed the Scheffler Shuffle™.
"Scottie's doing two things that you see in a lot of golfers over the years," Harrington said.

Demonstrating Scheffler's footwork, Harrington continued: "Modern players, which you can see here because I've been starting here and pulling back here -- modern players, when they come into impact with their left foot, everything is posting up on this side like so.
"And they have a little bit of a drag back [with their right foot], okay? So they're pushing so much out their and then when they release it, it pulls back.
"So that's good for speed. Scottie is doing both. He's got the hitch kick and the pull back."
Harrington added: "So I've got to use a club to keep my balance when I've got both feet going like that.
"Both things are actually very good. That hitch is great for straightness and that is a sign there's hardly a player in the modern game that doesn't have a little bump back."
Harrington said it was unusual that Scheffler was able to pull off both things so well at the same time.
Then he attempted Scheffler's footwork at speed.
It didn't go well.
But Harrington's efforts were recognised by X users. "You just have to love Paddy H," one said. Another added: "10/10 for entertainment."
