Cam Smith fuming as Talor Gooch wins LIV Golf race despite losing to Brooks Koepka in Jeddah
Cameron Smith dropped multiple F-bombs then smashed his golf bag with his putter en route to losing out to Talor Gooch in the season-long race for the LIV Golf Individual Championship.
Smith held the lead heading into the final regular event of the 2023 LIV Golf season but a late surge from Gooch saw the American pip the Australian to the post at LIV Golf Jeddah.

Koepka defends LIV Golf Jeddah
Koepka's victory in Saudi Arabia saw him finish the season in third position in the season-long race.
That banked him an extra $4m, much to his surprise!

Gooch crowned 2023 LIV Golf League Individual Champion
Despite losing out to Koepka, the season-long victor was Gooch, who won three times in 2023.
As a result of becoming the 2023 LIV Golf League Individual champion, Gooch wins a whopping $18m bonus.
Gooch won more than $15m in individual earnings alone from 13 events on the 2023 LIV Golf season.
Smith loses individual race and his cool in the process
Smith closed with a 66 to finish the week on 6-under par but that was well down the field in T24.
The Australian made six bogeys in his final round but made a disastrous double-bogey six on one hole.
As the realisation set in that he was no longer out in front in the season-long LIV Golf race, Smith started to lose his cool.
Not something that we would normally see from the former Open champion.
Smith might be considered one of the best putters in the world but he made every amateur hack feel much better about their own performances on the green on the 15th.
