Ian Poulter leaks how much PGA Tour star "asked" to join LIV Golf
Ian Poulter reveals PGA Tour star Billy Horschel asked for a certain amount of money to join LIV Golf.
PGA Tour star Billy Horschel might not have joined the LIV Golf League but according to Ian Poulter the former FedEx Cup champion "asked" for $45 million to join the Saudi-bankrolled league.
Poulter, 47, leaked such information about Horschel on X, formerly known as Twitter, following an exchange that started over a MyGolfSpy post.
European Ryder Cup hero Poulter initially took aim at MyGolfSpy's latest golf ball data.
Poulter questioned their findings, as you can see from his response below.
"This is so funny," tweeted Poulter.
"My own swing speed is 115MPH I carry it 290-295 yards.
"So unless these yardages are set from landing on a Runway or up Mount Everest they’re all wrong.
"All numbers given should be carry and also launch conditions need to be stated."

PGA Tour star Horschel, who won the FedEx Cup in 2014, then chimed in and that's where things escalated.
Horschel, 37, took aim at Poulter's own clubhead speed numbers, as you can see from his tweet below.
Poulter then hit back by leaking how Horschel had asked for $45m to come and join LIV Golf.
It’s alright Billy… I’m normally ok with numbers.. So I got it wrong by about $9 Million per MPH difference that you asked for to come join LIV. What’s a few numbers between friends. https://t.co/HwM65rffpZ

Horschel remains on the PGA Tour.
But judging by Poulter's latest tweet it would seem Horschel is more than interested in jumping ship.
