Alex Noren is a professional golfer from Sweden.
He was born on 12 July 1982, in Stockholm.
Noren is known for his consistent performances on the DP World Tour, where he has achieved significant success, winning 10 titles as of 2024.
Noren also plays on the PGA Tour.
Noren turned professional in 2005 after a successful amateur career that included representing Sweden in the Eisenhower Trophy and playing collegiate golf at Oklahoma State University.
Noren's most notable year was 2016, when he claimed four European Tour victories, including prestigious titles such as the Scottish Open and the BMW PGA Championship.
This stellar season propelled him into the top 10 of the Official World Golf Ranking.
Noren has represented Europe in the Ryder Cup, contributing to the team’s victory in 2018.
