Tom Brady and Aaron Rodgers will team up to take on Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes at The Wynn Golf Club.
The quartet have, over the years, caught the attention of the golf media with some entertaining moments during Pro-Ams and the like.
Whilst The Match is unlikely to deliver the fireworks of a Super Bowl or the back nine of Sunday at Augusta National, it will certainly be interesting to see who comes out on top given there are no PGA Tour pros playing.
The first ever edition of The Match pitted Tiger Woods against Phil Mickelson and over the years we have seen many different iterations and formats.
Brooks Koepka defeated Bryson DeChambeau last year and Mickelson was the star of the show in the commentary booth alongside Charles Barkley.
The Match will take place at 7pm ET and be broadcast on TNT.
It will be 12 holes of match play, modified alternate shot.
Teams will get one point for winning a hole, 0.5 for a halve and 0 for a loss of a hole.
Brady and Rodgers are the betting favourites, despite the fact the seven-time Super Bowl winner has never won in his previous three outings.
