Tom Kim hangs out with Premier League stars ahead of PGA Championship!
PGA Tour star Tom Kim was seen hanging out with a few Premier League legends in London recently.
One of the PGA Tour's biggest rising young players, Tom Kim, was seen hanging out with a couple of Premier League stars in London recently.
Kim, 20, burst onto the PGA Tour scene last season with his maiden win at the Wyndham Championship, the final event of the Tour's regular season.
That momentum followed into the Presidents Cup in the fall of 2022, where he became the breakout star of the tournament while playing on the International Team.
Shortly after that, Kim claimed his second PGA Tour title with the Shriners Children's Open, one of the first events in the current season.
This week, Kim is in Rochester, New York for the PGA Championship at Oak Hill Country Club.
But earlier in the week, the South Korean golfer was seen in London, in a video posted by the PGA Tour.
In the video, Kim was getting a tour around Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, home of the Premier League team of the same name.
He was also shown yelling "Come on you Spurs!" from the top of the stadium, and took photos with the team's two biggest stars: Harry Kane and fellow countryman Heung-Min Son.
"He's inspired so many people," Kim said of Son.
Another Tottenham star, former Spurs player Gareth Bale, recently made his own golf-related headlines after he made a hole-in-one this past week. Bale announced his retirement from professional football earlier this year.
Kim is scheduled to tee off in the later wave Thursday for the PGA Championship as he makes his third start at the tournament. He's playing alongside Sam Burns and LIV Golf's Abraham Ancer.
