Tiger Woods DUI arrest pic mistakenly used in clip advocating death penalty
An image of Tiger Woods being arrested in 2017 after being found passed out in his Mercedes was mistakenly used in a political campaign advertisement.
Tiger Woods' 2017 DUI arrest pic was mistakenly included in a political campaign advertisement advocating the use of capital punishment.
The gaffe in question came earlier this week from Kris Kobach's team. Kobach is a republican and the nominee for the Kansas attorney general.
Understandably, Kobach wanted to slam his democratic opponent Chris Mann, who opposes the death penalty.

The advertisement in question was titled: "Just Intentional". It featured a montage of two inmates currently on death row.
The only problem was there also a still image of 15-time major champion Woods being arrested after being found passed out in his Mercedes.
It led to that memorable mug shot of Woods, looking more than a bit dishevelled.
Woods had five drugs in his system at the time and later avoided a jail sentence after admitting reckless driving.
Now he's back...sort of. His son Charlie Woods is developing into a fine young talent and Woods is even thinking about switching to a yellow golf ball.
This is a still image of the ad:
It's not really clear how this happened.
Fox News reached out to Kobach's campaign for comment, and they told the publication:
Woods has not played professional golf since missing the cut at the 150th Open Championship at St. Andrews in July.
After likely playing his last ever major at the Home of Golf, Woods suggested that his plan was to simply do nothing for a while.
He will be in the Bahamas in December to host the Hero World Challenge on the PGA Tour in Albany.
Then it's likely that he will be participating in the PNC Championship in Orlando with Charlie, where there will also be a new team in the field.
