Bridgestone launches J715 & J815 drivers

Bridgestone Golf has launched its first drivers since 2010 with adjustable "J715" and "J815" models that incorporate new technology to maximise distance and accuracy.  

The company, which has also introduced new J15F fairway woods and J15H hybrids, is now applying its Tour performance expertise from players such as Matt Kuchar and Brandt Snedeker to meet the needs of every golfer.

The new clubs are designed to increase ball velocity, produce higher launch angles and improve versatility.

• Fast Action Speed Technology (FAST) crown – thickens progressively towards the back of the head to enable the crown to flex at impact, thereby creating a higher launch trajectory and increased velocity
• Power Milled Face – reduces spin by approximately 200 to 300 RPM for straighter and longer drives
• Spin Flight Control Technology – moveable weights on the heel and middle of the head allow the golfer to customise the centre of gravity and control trajectory
• Variable Adjust System – enables the golfer to change both the loft and lie angles; the loft up to 1-degree (open & closed) and lie settings of standard, 1-degree upright or 2-degree upright

The larger head shape of J815 is designed to boost confidence for golfers at address, while the extra volume in the heel improves ball striking.
