Stenson was axed as 2023 European Ryder Cup captain as a result of him breaking away from the DP World Tour to join the controversial Saudi-funded LIV Golf Invitational Series.
After tapping home for the win, Stenson could not resist a little pop at the Ryder Cup team.
The Swede ran out a wire-to-wire victory in the 54-hole event, securing $4 million for the individual prize and an additional $375,000 for his Majesticks GC finishing second in the team event.
