REVEALED: Rory McIlroy's TaylorMade M2 driver numbers
McIlroy's latest driver numbers are seriously impressive!
Rory McIlroy this week revealed he was using a TaylorMade M2 driver for the first time in his career, and if his early shot data is anything to go by, this one could be in the bag for the foreseeable future.
McIlroy, 27, is currently ranked third in the European Tour's Race to Dubai rankings with just four events to go including this week's WGC-HSBC Champions in China.

According to No Laying Up, McIlroy's latest launch numbers with the M2 head (in the same Mitsubishi Rayon Diamana S+ 70X shaft as his former Nike Vapor Fly Pro) revealed a driving "carry" average of 330.8 yards.
Check out his latest numbers with the M2 driver below...
McIlroy's average driving distance on the PGA Tour in 2016 was 306.8 yards.
He also found 61.8% of the fairways (530 of 868), so it will be interesting to see if the M2 helps straighten him up.

SWIPER: RORY MCILROY'S NEXT EQUIPMENT BRAND?
Despite selecting TaylorMade as his current driver choice since the news Nike Golf will no longer be making golf clubs, balls and bags, there still remain question marks over McIlroy's next official equipment brand, especially as he's gone back to a Scotty Cameron putter.
McIlroy is remaining in Nike Golf apparel, however, and will this week sport the company's new snowmobile-inspired Lunar Vapor golf shoes.
